Carpet stains in common areas!!! Unpleasant wet spots near check-in!!! The local surroundings lacked charm and variety!!!

The breakfast was excellent and there were a great selection of options. The room was accommodating, moreover large with the king size bed. The location seemed particularly good and ideal in the middle of jackson.

The rooms are a nice size with the king size bed, everything is great. The price is just right - US$ 77...

The front desk staff member, Brett. He helped us check in quickly and shared local tips. The breakfast spread was good!

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not fully stocked with bedding, and my sister had to make a trip back downstairs to ask for it, a small inconvenience.

Halls were poorly maintained with trash scattered about, leaving a bad first impression. The first room had significant stains on the carpet and leftover clippings on the floor, prompting a request for a different room, which only revealed more stains and a ceiling damage issue. The refrigerator lacked a freezer section. The bathroom privacy design left much to be desired-gaps in the barn-style door. Difficulty in getting basic amenities and room service added to the frustration .

Our group had a blast relaxing by the pool and hitting the nearby golf club . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent enough to fuel our adventures, though it could have been better. It was a great spot for a fun getaway with friends!

One downside was the service, as our room wasn't serviced for a couple of days despite politely asking at the front desk. This left us a bit frustrated .
